Refund Policy

At Body & Soul Wellness, we value the time we dedicate to each client and the care we put into every session. Because appointments are reserved especially for you, we follow the policies below regarding refunds and cancellations:

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will not incur any fees. If you prepaid for your session, you may request a full refund or apply the payment toward a future booking.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full service amount and are not eligible for a refund.

Prepaid Sessions & Gift Certificates

Prepaid sessions and gift certificates are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another person.
Packages and promotions must be used within their stated time frames and cannot be exchanged for cash value.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time. The full session fee will still apply.
