Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us and we make sure to have time available just for you. We ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice if a change in schedule is necessary, if possible. Less than 48 hours may be charged 50%.

 

We will do everything we can to fill your appointment time, however if we are unable to fill the appointment with less than 48 hours notice the 50% cancellation fee will apply.

 

Less than 24 hours is subject to 100% cancellation fee as appointments can be difficult to fill with such short notice. (Situational consideration will be applied) If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment with no notice you will be charged 100% for that appointment.
