The Heart of Body & Soul

Lizz Catalano
Owner & LMT
Lizz is the owner and heart behind Body & Soul Wellness in Sheridan, Wyoming. A Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master, she’s passionate about helping others find balance, relief, and renewal through the power of touch and energy work.

A graduate of the Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, Colorado, Lizz has followed the healer’s path for as long as she can remember. Her early studies in psychology and her work as a doula deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection and inspired her to pursue massage therapy as her true calling.

Lizz believes that massage is more than relaxation—it’s a bridge between mind, body, and soul. Her goal is to awaken the healer within each client, empowering them to take an active role in their own health and wellbeing.

Through Body & Soul Wellness, she offers personalized sessions that blend Swedish relaxation, neuromuscular therapy, massage cupping, and Reiki energy work. Every treatment is tailored to meet each person’s unique needs, helping them leave feeling grounded, free, and deeply restored.
Ashley Brown
LMT
Ashley is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Kinesiologist, and Reiki Master with a passion for helping others move, feel, and live better. A Wyoming native, she earned her degree in Kinesiology from Montana State University in 2019, received her Reiki Master certification in 2022, and graduated from the Sheridan College Massage Therapy program in 2024.

Ashley’s love for health and wellness began in her teen years through sports, where she developed a deep curiosity—and a bit of an obsession—for the power, beauty, and complexity of the human body. During her studies in Bozeman, she discovered her calling in hands-on work and has continued to expand her knowledge ever since. Her goal is to provide the most up-to-date, comprehensive care possible for every client she serves.

In her practice, Ashley combines Swedish massage, fascial release, deep tissue and trigger point therapy, cupping, and energy work to create fully customized sessions. She believes that each client is their own greatest healer, and her role is to facilitate the body’s natural ability to restore balance and thrive.

Ashley is dedicated to alleviating pain and helping clients reconnect with their bodies so they can flourish—mind, body, and spirit.

Christi is a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of the Sheridan College Massage Therapy program, class of 2025. She believes that massage is not just about easing physical tension, but also about restoring balance, promoting relaxation, and supporting overall wellbeing.

When she’s not in the studio, Christi enjoys spending time outdoors and working with her dogs, embracing the peace and freedom of Wyoming life.
